Acceptance of your order An order placed by you for goods is an offer to buy the goods and is not binding on either you or Starz Ceilings until Starz Ceilings has confirmed its acceptance of your order.

If your order is accepted Starz Ceilings will send you an order confirmation and a contract will be formed at the time at which Starz Ceilings emails/ faxes/posts confirmation to you that your order has been accepted and is being processed (whether or not you receive such e-mail, fax, or letter).

When you order goods from Starz Ceilings there is no guarantee that your order will be accepted. Starz Ceilings may no longer have the goods requested in stock. In this situation Starz Ceilings will notify you within 24 hours that your order has not been accepted. Until your order is accepted you will have no right to the goods which you have ordered.

We shall be entitled to cancel the contract or suspend delivery if we are unable to obtain payment.
Refunds & Returns & Cancellation policy If you are not completely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please return them to us, in their original packaging, within 14 days. We will be more than happy to make an exchange or refund of the goods, providing they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged.

In the unlikely event of your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition we will replace your goods or issue a refund if you prefer.

Refund of postage and shipping costs will only be given in this event, or in the event you are mistakenly sent the wrong product

In order to return goods to us:
  • Please state in writing whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  • Pack the items back in the parcel and send it back to Starz Ceilings at the address stated:

    If you are returning the goods for any reason other than damage to or a defect in the goods, you must pay the cost of return of the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. If you do not return the goods to Starz Ceilings, we shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from the sums we refund to you.

    Under UK law, you are also entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within seven days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage. Refunds are processed within 28 days of notice of cancellation.

    Please notify us by email or telephone of your intention to cancel.

    The goods must be returned to Starz Ceilings in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

    Starz Ceilings' extra guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

    Delivery
    All orders are delivered via Royal Mail. Prices quoted are inclusive of P&P (UK only). If you are based outside the UK there will be an additional charge for shipping – please contact us before you order for details.

    Please allow 14 days for delivery within the UK – although we do aim to despatch most of our items within 48 hours. If we are out of stock, or there is going to be a delay, we aim to inform you within 24 hours.

    Rest of the World ALL ITEMS Royal Mail Parcel Service (time taken differs dependant on country, and you will be advised by us in your confirmation email. Please allow 7-10 days for despatch of posters as each poster is hand painted to order. We aim to dispatch all other items within 48 hours )
    Payment Credit / Debit card payments are processed through Paypal. We alsd accept cheques and postal orders (in Stirling only) made payable to “Starz Ceilings Ltd” and sent to:

    If paying by cheque, your goods will be despatched when payment has cleared. If you wish to pay by cheque in another currency, please contact us first, and we will advise you of the processing fee that will apply.
    Complaints We operate a complaints handling procedure and we will try to resolve disputes when they first arise. If you have a complaint, please contact us at info @starzceilings.co.uk or at our postal address as provided above. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and try to resolve complaints within a further 10 days of acknowledging the issue. We will keep you informed of progress.
    Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

    We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. .The type of information we will collect about you includes:
  • your name
  • address
  • phone number
  • email address

    We will never collect sensitive information about you without your permission and we will neither sell nor distribute your details to any third party.

    The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.

    We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
